- IP Address: We collect your IP address when visiting our Website, we also collect your IP address for security purposes, and lastly we may collect your IP address when you sign our End User License Agreement (EULA) to meet legal and compliance requirements.
- Aggregated Analytics: We use Simple Analytics to collect high-level, anonymized metrics about website usage, such as page views, traffic sources, and usage patterns. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
- Cookies: We use a temporary, first-party cookie for user authentication when you sign in. This cookie is essential for the secure operation of the platform and does not persist beyond your session.

6. Data Retention

Accounts: When you delete your account, your identifying information (e.g., name, email address, display icon) and content created by you (e.g., visualizations, datasets, projects, and workspaces) will be permanently deleted within thirty (30) days. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered after this period.
Workspaces and Projects: When a workspace or project is deleted, its associated datasets, visualizations, and basemaps are scheduled for permanent deletion within thirty (30) days. Deleted items cannot be recovered after this period.
Project Data: When an individual visualization, dataset, or basemap is deleted, it is permanently deleted immediately.
Billing Data: Billing and payment information is securely processed and stored by our payment processor, Stripe, which determines its retention timeline. Please refer to Stripe’s privacy policy for details on their retention practices.
Aggregated and Anonymized Data: Aggregated and anonymized usage data, which cannot identify you, is retained indefinitely to help us improve platform performance, conduct research, and analyze usage trends.
